Delivery and Returns
At Afrodite, we provide a global delivery service, tracked through EMS and DHL. The shipping cost will be determined at checkout, based on the weight of the item(s) in your basket.

Please note that we process and dispatch orders only on business days, which are Monday through Friday, not including public holidays. While we strive to process orders within 24 hours, please be aware that this may take longer during sale periods and following Bank Holidays. Once your order has been processed and is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Afrodite product(s), you may return them within 7 days of receiving the items. Afrodite will offer a refund or exchange equivalent to the cost of the purchased goods. Regrettably, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during their return to us. All returned items must be unused, in pristine condition, and in their original packaging. This refund policy does not affect your legal rights.
Unless the product is defective, you will need to arrange and pay for the return postage. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items, as we cannot be held accountable for parcels lost in transit.
You are legally entitled to cancel your purchase within seven working days from the day the item is delivered to you. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been used or damaged.
To return an item, please contact us directly. Securely package the item and ensure it is returned to us within seven working days from the date it was delivered to you.
Any refund due will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days from the day we receive the returned items.
